Uroflow is a test procedure conducted at the Hospital for children to determine bladder functionality and potential infections. I made this project in a collaboration with the Hospital in Kolding, Denmark. My project involved redesigning the uroflow, as the nurses and patients had several issues with their current uroflow. My goal was to make the procedure easier to overcome, both for the nurses and for the patients. The existing uroflow has several flaws. Children might get nervous because it doesn’t look like a normal toilet and sometimes they could knock the pitcher in the bottom over. My redesign fixes the issues by keeping a clean toilet-reference, the pitcher cannot be knocked over and it's all easier to clean.
